Mark Consuelos Defends His Bikini

Mark Consuelos and Kelly Ripa are currently living it up on vacation. While we suffered through storm after storm on the east coast, the parents of three were snapping sexy photos of one another on the beach.

Over the weekend, Consuelos posted a photo of his bikini-clad wife, writing, “Sultry Sundays with the sexy one are my fave … ” While many fans were quick to comment on the 47-year-old’s incredibly toned body, others took issue with her age, writing that she shouldn’t be wearing a bikini. I mean, obviously that’s insane. If I looked like this in a bikini, I’d wear one every single day of my life, rain or shine.

Anyway, the 46-year-old Riverdale actor let the remarks simmer for a while, but he eventually addressed the haters with a cutting message in the comments.

“I wanted to take a couple of days to weigh in. Probably should’ve earlier arguably. But I wanted to be above it. Well, not I’m not. I posted this pic of the women I most admire. As a playful tribute to my wife who I’m proud of in endless ways,” Consuelos began. “She works extremely hard in her professional life and her commitment to exercise, healthy diet is admirable and the benefits show. Yes she’s wearing a bikini at age 47 and will no doubt wear one for many years to come. If that offends you in some way, if it triggers you, or some other psychosis you’re suffering from, I suggest you get over it and get used to it. To all the males that had something negative to say. I suggest you bring it up with me if ever I’m lucky enough to run into you. I’m going to get back to my vacation now … thanks for allowing me to express myself.”

He added a second comment directed at Ripa as well: “I love you @kellyripa… keep killing it.”

We have a feeling bodyshamers will think twice the next time they want to disparage the hardworking host.

Dwayne Johnson Opens Up About Daughter Jasmine's Health Scare: She 'Had a Problem Breathing'

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson‘s daughter Jasmine Lia has a clean bill of health now, but things “got a little hairy” early last month.

The Rampage star got candid with Extra about the incident, speaking to Mario Lopez about what sparked the family’s trip to the emergency room: “a croupy cough” that led to something a little more panic-inducing.

“So we experienced that, and then she also had a problem breathing in that moment … it got a little hairy,” Johnson, 45, told Lopez Wednesday at the Los Angeles premiere of his new monster flick. “Called 911. LAFD came so quick and I was very proud of them and very grateful for them, too.”

“She’s great,” he added of his the 2-year-old is doing now. “She’s really good.”

The Fate of the Furious actor revealed in an Instagram video on March 6 that Jasmine had been taken to the emergency room that previous Saturday night.

“This past Saturday night something happened to me and my family that I would never want to happen to any of you guys out there,” he said in the video, which he took at the gym.

“Of course, emergencies do happen. We were up all night in the emergency room, we had something scary that happened to our little baby girl Jasmine — she’s okay now! — thank God,” Johnson added.

Jasmine is certainly back to her old self, slinging opinions about her little sister on the way — namely, that she’s not a fan of the situation.

“Out of the blue, about a week and a half ago, we were eating breakfast … and I mean, out of the blue, we have her cartoons on, she’s eating, she looks up and she goes, ‘I don’t want a baby sister,’ ” Johnson said during a Tuesday appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show. “Firm, direct eye contact, and that was it.”

His response? ” ‘Okay, sure, great. Great. We’ll talk about it, let’s finish your breakfast and we’ll talk,’ ” the star recalled of his reply. “So I’m in trouble.”

Rampage opens April 13 in theaters nationwide.

'Sleepy Stormi': Kylie Jenner Shares Photos of Her 9

Keeping Up with … Stormi!

Kylie Jenner shared new photos of her 9-week-old daughter on Instagram Story Thursday during a walk with the father of her child and rapper boyfriend, Travis Scott. “Sleepy Stormi,” the proud mom, 20, captioned one of two pictures that showed her baby girl napping in her stroller.

“Walk w mommy & daddy,” the Keeping Up with the Kardashians reality star captioned the other photo of Stormi looking at the camera.

Jenner and Scott, 25, welcomed their first child on Feb. 1 and announced the birth in a statement on Twitter and Instagram, as well as a video, titled “To Our Daughter,” shared on YouTube.

Stormi’s $400 PIPA lite lx car seat by Nuna is one of her parents’ go-to baby accessories, including a tricked-out pink stroller from CYBEX by Jeremy Scott. A source previously told PEOPLE that Jenner owns a pink version, boasting a pattern featuring cherubs, dollar signs, gold wheels and gold wings. According to the collection’s website, the three-in-one Priam stroller system comes complete with a carrycot and car seat.

The family walk is the latest photo of Stormi that Jenner has shared since Easter, when the trio celebrated the holiday with the KUWTK star’s siblings, momager Kris Jenner and friends.

In a series of Snapchats on Sunday, Stormi couldn’t keep her eyes off her father as he held her and gave her a kiss on the cheek. Another video showed the baby cuddling up in his arms.

Other footage showed Scott holding Stormi facing him while Jenner cozied up beside him and reached out to lovingly stroke their daughter’s head.

The couple, who has been dating since April 2017, is not yet contemplating getting engaged.

“It’s not anything that Kylie seems to be focused on,” an insider previously told PEOPLE.

However, the new mom has been sporting a symbol of their relationship — a diamond ring on her left ring finger with the initials “JW,” for Scott’s birth name, Jacques Webster.

5 Moves to Bust Belly Fat

Singer Kelly Rowland looks as though a day hasn’t passed since Destiny’s Child ruled the airwaves.

Okay, so maybe her sense of style has changed a bit, but you would never guess that the 34-year-old, first-time mother gave birth to her son Titan just five months ago.

Good news for us: She shared her snap-back-into-shape secrets in a recent interview with Extra. Rowland credits SoulCycle, her trainer Jeanette Jenkins, and eating according to the 80/20 rule, which means chowing down on clean foods 80% of the time, and allowing indulgences during the other 20%—all of which helped her shed a whopping 70 (!) pounds after giving birth.

“SoulCycle is the secret, [SoulCycle instructor] Angela Davis…when I go in there and it’s the wee hours of the morning she is a great secret, so motivational,” Rowland told Extra.

She also praised Jenkins, who she worked with on the Sexy Abs with Kelly Rowland DVD ($20,, for helping her push harder. “Jeanette comes in with so much energy and this huge smile on her face and you can’t help but to get excited about working out,” Rowland said.

Clearly Rowland loves her workouts, making her just the motivation we need. Here are a few tummy-toning moves from her favorite trainer, Jeanette Jenkins herself, to help you get it right, get it tight.

The Benefit of Working Out That Lena Dunham Didn't Expect

Lena Dunham is majorly into her health these days—and everyone’s favorite millennial is (duh) posting up a storm about it on Instagram, sharing everything from her favorite workouts to her healthy snack discoveries.

RELATED:Â 8 Workout Moves With Tracy Anderson

But according to the caption on her latest gym selfie, Dunham, 28, has found that the benefits of exercise go beyond living “past 50.”

“Promised myself I would not let exercise be the first thing to go by the wayside when I got busy with Girls Season 5 and here is why: it has helped with my anxiety in ways I never dreamed possible,” the actress, writer, and director shared with her followers on Saturday. “It ain’t about the ass, it’s about the brain.”

RELATED: 10 Signs You Should See a Doctor for Depression

She also credits Health’s own contributing fitness editor Tracy Anderson for “showing [her] the light.”

Dunham has long been open about her struggles with anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorder, particularly in her recent book, Not That Kind of Girl ($28, amazon). In an excerpt published in The New Yorker prior to the book’s release, she detailed the difficult symptoms, including crippling fears of faraway threats like tidal waves and nuclear war. With the help of her parents, she eventually found a therapist and went on medication.

Exercise is in fact a powerful tool for treating depression and anxiety: a 2010 review of studies from the University of Georgia found that regular exercise reduced anxiety symptoms by 20%.

RELATED: 12 Signs You May Have an Anxiety Disorder

Still, it’s easy to understand why a depressed or anxious person may have extra hurdles when it comes to finding the motivation to work out, something Dunham touches on as well. “To those struggling with anxiety, OCD, depression: I know it’s mad annoying when people tell you to exercise, and it took me about 16 medicated years to listen,” she wrote. “I’m glad I did.”

The Actually Silly Reason People Are Criticizing Gwyneth Paltrow

Gwyneth Paltrow just cannot escape her haters—even when she’s trying to do some good.

Last Thursday, the 42-year-old actress took to Twitter to announce that she was accepting a challenge from The Food Bank of New York City to eat on the same budget as someone who receives Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits for one week. More commonly known as “food stamps,” these benefits translate to a grocery budget of $29 per week or about $1.38 per meal for one person. It’s all part of the #FoodBankNYCChallenge campaign to show the dire impact proposed cuts to the program will have on people in need.

RELATED: 7 Tricks for Eating Healthy on the Cheap

The Oscar winner was nominated by her good friend, celeb chef Mario Batali, who happens to be a board member of the Food Bank for New York City.

Along with her announcement, Paltrow tweeted a picture of what she purchased for $29: Kit Kats, a can of Cheese Whiz, some Double Stuf Oreos… Nah, we kid. You’ll remember that Paltrow “would rather smoke crack than eat cheese from a tin.”

The health-minded actress’s haul included brown rice, black beans, peas, eggs, tortillas, cilantro, a ton of fresh veggies, and inexplicably, an awful lot of limes. Paltrow wrote, “This is what $29 gets you at the grocery store—what families on SNAP (i.e. food stamps) have to live on for a week.”

RELATED: How to Eat Healthy on $4 a Day

The actress also tweeted that she was taking the challenge and “walking in their shoes to see how far we get.”

And that was when the piling-on began, as Twitter followers proceeded to eat Paltrow and her food plan for lunch, then spit ‘em out because of the bad taste. A small and unsavory sampling:

RELATED: 4 Easy Clean-Eating Recipes

Yep, only Paltrow could set off a firestorm over fresh produce.

Look, there are plenty of valid reasons to get on Patrow’s case. Remember her pontificating on the difficulties of being an actress and a mom, or waxing poetic about the benefits of a good vagina steam? And not only would she choose a crack pipe over Cheese Whiz, she’d prefer death over giving her kid a Cup-A-Soup.

The only valid criticism here comes from The Frisky’s Rebecca Vipond Brink, who did the math and found that, with those groceries, Paltrow will be surviving on about 1,000 calories per day. “Nutritionally speaking, this is a vitamin bonanza,” Brink writes. “But people who live on SNAP benefits don’t just have to get nutrients, they have to get actual calories, because they tend to have very physical lives, doing service labor and taking care of children and not necessarily being able to afford a car and so forth.”

Still, is this really a food fight people should be picking? Paltrow may have her ridiculously out-of-touch moments, but this time, Paltrow really is using her platform for something positive—something that, ultimately, may benefit an awful lot of people. After all, we’re talking about it now, aren’t we? So cut her some slack. And if you really want to make a point, put down the iPhone and pull out some dollars for your local food bank.

Hilarious Proof That Chrissy Teigen Isn't Ashamed of Her Stretch Marks

Between her seriously mouthwatering kitchen concoctions and her gorgeous musician husband, John Legend, it’s clear that Teigen lives quite the enviable life. But the real reason she has 2 million Instagram followers is that she isn’t afraid to show what’s really happening behind the scenes of her glamorous life—ever. And her post from Sunday may be her best yet.

Seated cross-legged, Teigen snapped a picture of just her lower half, showing off a couple bruises from cooking up a storm, and stretch marks on her inner thighs.

“Bruises from bumping kitchen drawer handles for a week. Stretchies say hi!” she wrote in the caption.

Supermodels aren’t typically the best people to look to for body image inspiration, but Teigen is now the  exception to that rule. The comments on the photo are filled with notes of thanks from her followers for showing that yep, don’t let the pretty pics fool you, stretch marks happen to everyone.

“I’ve never seen anyone else with inner thigh stretch marks. Those are the ones I have that bother me the most. Especially since I haven’t had children. This really means a lot to see someone so beautiful be confident and real enough to show something like this. :)” wrote one commenter, lov3life8.

“Finally a celebrity who can say, hi I am a HUMAN and I’m {beautiful} just the way I am!” adds another, marygastonn.

There are countless creams and potions out there to get rid of stretch marks (and there are real things you can do to to get rid of them, if you want). But you know what? Giving them a nickname and letting them be isn’t a bad plan either.

Teigen reminds us that everyone should embrace their own “perfect imperfections.”

The Touching Reason Why Uzo Aduba Is Running the Boston Marathon

Orange is the New Black star Uzo Aduba, who plays Suzanne “Crazy Eyes” Warren, will run the 119th Boston Marathon on Monday, April 20. For the actress, tackling 26.2 miles is about much more than a scoring a medal-and-space-blanket-at-the-finish-line selfie—she’s lacing up in honor of friends and family who have been affected by cancer. It will be Aduba’s second time going the distance: she ran the New York City Marathon in 2013.

“When I ran New York, there were four people in my life—one had passed, and three were battling with cancer,” she told the Associated Press. “Now, today, there’s only one still fighting.” Aduba says she lost the woman she called her second mom to breast cancer last fall.

RELATED: Running Was My Therapy

Aduba, a former sprinter at Boston University, has teamed up with the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute’s marathon challenge and already exceeded her goal of raising $10,000 for the Claudia Adams Barr Program in Innovative Basic Cancer Research at Dana-Farber.

And she thinks of her loved ones battling the disease when she needs motivation to get through tough training miles. “They ran a race much harder than mine,” she told the AP.

We’re looking forward to cheering on this Massachusetts native on Monday and, of course, seeing her on the third season of the Orange is the New Black, set to premiere in June.

Here's How Much Kim Kardashian Works Out

Believe it or not, Kim Kardashian West works hard for that body she’s constantly flaunting in her figure-skimming wardrobe. According to a recent story in Harper’s Bazaar, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star (who says she’s a fan of Barry’s Bootcamp) explained what her typical day looks like, including her meals and workouts.

Here are few better-body secrets we learned about the 5-foot-three-inch bombshell from that article.

She and Kanye are running buddies

“The first person I talk to [in the morning] is Kanye because he’s right there next to me in bed. I’ll say, ‘Do you want to go for a run?’ And he usually does.”

She likes to go off-road

“I live in a gated community with lots of horse trails, so I run on those, or on the treadmill in our home gym.”

RELATED: 15 Running Tips You Need to Know

She’s not just a runner, though

“My workouts are usually about an hour, maybe an hour and 15 minutes total, but I like to mix them up. Running takes me about 35 minutes on the trails, and then I’ll come back and work my abs or legs.”

She makes healthy food choices

“[For breakfast], I’ll usually have scrambled eggs or oatmeal, or a protein shake with fruit. Kanye loves to eat really healthy and is always on different diets. He has a chef who comes in the morning and cooks breakfast for both of us and gets our meal plans together for the day. We just started seeing a nutritionist who changes our diet every 10 days…For dinner, I have vegetables and fish or chicken, just like lunch. I don’t really have cocktails or desserts—I mean, I wish!”

…but, she isn’t immune to sweets

“If I need a sweet-tooth fix, I’ll have those Justin’s peanut butter packs; the almond butter is also really good. I’ll just eat it plain… Haagen-Dazs is my biggest indulgence—their Dulce de Leche flavor is my favorite thing in life.”

Sleep is non-negotiable

“I go to bed around 10, 11 at the latest. I always fall right to sleep. I’m usually so tired, I just pass out.”
